FAQ about your hand painted silk scarf and your order

Do you really paint every silk scarf by hand?

YES, I do. I hand paint every silk scarf and silk shawl, often inspired by the breathtaking natural beauty that surrounds us on Kauai, Hawaii.  I also hand dye the silk and hand sew any of my reversible scarves.

How do you ship your scarves?

I ship via USPS Priority Mail.  Every scarf is ironed and packaged with care before being sent to you.

I want to gift the scarf. Is it going to be gift wrapped?

❤ Every scarf will be gift packaged at no cost to customers!  I use artistic, elegant packaging specific to each type of scarf that is also reusable.

❤ Please let me know if it is a gift that you would like to send directly to the gift recipient, and I will be happy to include a message on your behalf in a complementary note card.

How do I wash my hand painted silk scarf?

• Wash gently in cold water with a drop of natural soap. Rinse thoroughly.

• To dry: use a clean puffy bath towel, put the scarf in between the towel and gently pat dry. Hand dry in shade, not under the bright sun.

• To iron: place thin cotton (like a bed sheet) on top of the scarf, iron in medium to low setting.

• Please keep the scarf away from chlorine, bleach, and alcohol.

Can I Return and/or Exchange the scarf?
